Meet Jessica
Jessica made the move to Boston from North Miami Beach, FL, 10 years ago to attend Northeastern University and to freeze. After majoring in communications with a concentration in media studies, she began her career at Boston Magazine as an Advertising Assistant supporting five account executives. While coordinating all creative materials for each monthly issue of Boston Magazine, New England Travel and Boston Home kept her busy, she was also the point person for the development and creation of the web page for My Own Boston Home.
Wanting to focus more on customer service, Jessica moved on to be the Guest Service Manager of a highly visible 225-room hotel in the Boston area. She worked closely with each employee to ensure a highly engaging and knowledgeable level of service and expertise for every guest on each and every visit. With an exuberant staff and a renewed atmosphere of service, the hotel’s hospitality scores catapulted from an average of 75% to a well above average of 91% within just six months. Drawing from her diverse work background enables Jessica to bring a fresh approach to her role at Inward.
