Chick HERE to Learn what they recommend

Last week I read a very interesting article in the Wall Street Journal. They previewed a National Association of Corporate Directors blue ribbon commission report proclaiming that corporate cultures matter in business. WHAT?  You would think that was obvious. So why has it taken so long for corporate boards to notice? Having a high-performance culture isn’t new! Maybe boards of directors just don’t understand what culture means. Chick HERE to CREATE A HEALTHY CULTURE OF DEBATE

This past week there has been a firestorm of controversy in regard to President Trump’s lashing out at NFL players who kneel in protest during the national anthem. As we talk to existing and new clients, we hear and observe that one of the primary drivers for this lack of movement is an insufficient level of people and money resources dedicated to the effort.
