Objective: Leverage Walmart’s 1.3MM associate workforce to deliver on the brand commitment of Every Day Low Price (EDLP).

Solution: Developed an easy to use EDLP brand style guide to consistently communicate and reinforce to every associate that their everyday operational tasks are important and make a huge difference to the customer. The style guide included visual elements and key messaging for toolkits, job aids and store operation templates.

Results: Reached 1.3MM U.S. Associates and 95,000 Canadian Associates
