Objective: Reinforce a culture of appreciation during the stressful peak holiday shopping time.

Solution: Utilizing Walmart World magazine and Walmart’s internal platform, the Inward team created and implemented a US associate peer-to-peer holiday recognition program with digital and print integration. Associates had access to holiday cards and virtual badges to recognize their store peers. 

Results: Digital integration provided data that surpassed client’s engagement rate benchmark by 800% and delivered valuable associate engagement insights.
