Zurich Financial Insurance conducted a comprehensive internal and external brand positioning refresh exercise to create a compelling customer-centric value propositions for the company

They launched a global advertising campaign, Help Point, that required internal stake holds to think and act differently about serving the first in as a ultrastatic partner to provide our framer the creation (l brand and cultural transformation program. We developed an interactive e-leaning curriculum, training videos, and experiential internal communications. This global e-learning program subsequently became incorporated into Zurich’ son-boarding programs.
