REVISITING AND EVOLVING CORE CULTURAL VALUES

Challenge: Regeneron is a leading biopharma development company that has created some of the most recognized and FDA approved pharmaceutical drugs in the world. It has grown exponentially, financially, in media coverage, and in the number of new employees. It had not revisited its five core values in over 20 years and desired to evaluate whether the current values were still relevant or whether they should be adjusted to reflect the company and its future.

Solution: Inward was asked to assist in evaluating the current core values and recommend new ones if required. Inward undertook a comprehensive review and research to determine the meaning and behavior of the current core values and what was still missing for the future. Next, we assisted in developing a creative implementation plan and strategy for a complete internal rollout using relevant icons and metaphors.
