What role do they and can they play in delivering on that promise? How do we get them to care? 

Activated video and strategically placed, ‘where it matters most’ in-store Associate-facing signage to educate Associates via a “Guaranteed by me.” communication strategy that helps them understand that millions of customers depend on them to keep their produce fresh and safe. Helping fulfill the broader company promise (100% Guarantee) by making the associate the shopper – If you wouldn’t buy it for your family… they won’t either.

Reached Fresh Associates in 4000 stores and eventually rolled out to Japan
