Meet Allan Steinmetz, the CEO and founder of Inward Strategic Consulting, with a focus on internal/external communications, branding, change management, team alignment, and market research consulting. With over 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, branding, employee engagement, product marketing, and internal brand communications, Allan has served notable clients such as Ford, U.S. Postal Service, Ericsson, McDonald’s, and more.
Before founding Inward, Allan held key positions at How2.com, Arthur D. Little, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and Young and Rubicam. He received recognition as one of the top twenty-five consultants in the U.S. by Consulting Magazine in 2012, and his firm was honored by the Enterprise Engagement Alliance in 2017.
